Political career[edit]

In the general elections of 2013 he was elected in the Italian Chamber of Deputies for the Party Popolo della Libertà for the district of Campania. Additionally, since May 2013 he has been the vice-president of the Justice Commission and since October 2013 he has been a member of the Commission on Criminal Organizations. On November 2013 he joined the Party Forza Italia.
