Aquien Pascal is a professor of 19th and 20th Century English Literature at the University of Paris and currently serves as its Vice-President.

Biography[edit]

Pascal has held various academic positions within several prestigious French Universities. He has worked extensively on Oscar Wilde’s work, as well as being accredited with writing Wilde’s biography, “Oscar Wild. Words and Dreams. Aden, 2006”. He is also the Editor of the Journal of English Studies.

Education[edit]

Aquien Pascal studied at the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Saint-Cloud, specializing in poetry. He wrote his doctoral thesis on WH Auden and has written articles on English Romantic poetry in the twentieth century.
