He was a member of “Il Popolo delle Libertà” from 19 March 2013 until 14 November 2013. Since 2013 he has been a member of the New Center Right political party. He has been part of the Committee on Elections and Immunity since May 7, 2013 He has been a member of a 2nd Standing Committee (Justice) since November 23, 2013. Previously he was a member of the 6th Standing Committee (Finance and Treasury) from May 7, 2013 to 23 November 2013.
