An example is [http://www.afrika-kommt.de/ “Afrika kommt”], which is an advanced training initiative that offers African specialists and managers the opportunity to gain valuable experience at major German companies. In addition, the ‚International Round Table’ has been brought into being for international employees in Germany. It aims at fostering intercultural dialogue and to encourage an international working climate. Deutsche Telekom furthermore aims to increase the share of international employees in development programs. They initiated the exchange program ‘Telekom X-change’ and the program „Meine Chance – ich starte durch!“ as an entry qualification for deprived young people.
