Ivan Klarin was born on 16 July 1985 in Jezera, Croatia. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Croatia (SDP; Croatian: Socijaldemokratska partija Hrvatske) and has been a member of the Croatian Parliament during its 7th term.

Political Career

His term of office began on 23 December 2011 as a substitute for Ante Kotromanović. He is a member of the Tourism Committee, a member of the Committee on Regional Development and European Union Funds, a member of the Inter-parliamentary Co-operation Committee, a member of the Executive Committee of the National Group to the Inter-Parliamentary Union, and a member of the Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean. Previously, he was a member of the Judiciary Committee.
