Ivo Jelušić

Ivo Jelušić was born on 10 October 1960 in Gornja Dubica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Croatia (SDP; Croatian: Socijaldemokratska partija Hrvatske) and has been a member of the Croatian Parliament during its seventh term.

Political Career

Jelušić is a member of the Main Committee of the Social Democratic Party (SDP). From 2001 to 2005 he was a member of the Zagreb City Council. Also, from 2005 to 2010 he was the Deputy Mayor of Zagreb. His term of office began on 22 December 2011. He is a chairperson of the Committee on the Economy, a member of the Committee on the Constitution, Standing Orders and Political System, a member of the European Affairs Committee, a member of the Finance and Central Budget Committee, a member of the Committee on Croats outside the Republic of Croatia, and a deputy member of the Supervisory Board of the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Education

Jelušić graduated from the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb, Croatia.
