Andreas Kafkalias was born in Limassol in 1971. He is a Greek/Cypiot politician and insurance advisor.
Political Career
Andreas Kafkalias is a representative of Limassol constituency under the banner of AKEL-Left-New Forces since May 2011. He served as Member of the Limassol Municipal Council for the period 2006-2011. Member of the Cyprus Anti-Drugs Council (2008-2009)and Member of the board of the Youth Board of Cyprus (ONEK) (2003-2009). Moreover since 2008 he serves as Member of the Limassol District Committee of the Progressive Party of the Working People (AKEL),Member of the Secretariat of the AKEL Limassol Town Committee,and Member of the Limassol District Cultural Affairs Advisory Office of AKEL . Last but not least, he serves as Member of the Educational Affairs Advisory Office of the AKEL Central Committee since 2011.
Education
Andreas Kafkalias graduated in Business Administration from the Regional Technical College, Waterford, Ireland.He speaks English.
