He went to chemical high school in Ústí nad Labem. In 1998 he reached a Bachelor degree from Personal Management and Adult Education at the Faculty of Phylosophy of Charles University in Prague.

Since 1998 he has been a member of municipal assembly in Broumov (1998 – 2006). In 2006 he was elected vice mayor of the town Broumov. He is a member of Czech Social Democratic Party. Since the autumn of 2008 he has been the President of the Hradec Králové Region. In 2012, after election, he was again elected the President of the Hradec Králové. In the same year, he was elected Senator for region Náchod.

Lubomir Franc was born on August the 28th, 1953, in Broumov. He is a regional politician for the Social Democrats, and since November 2008 the regional county president of the Hradec Králové region. Since October 2012 he has been a Senator of Náchod circuit.

Education[edit]

He went to a chemistry specialist high school in Ústí nad Labem. In 1998 he graduated with a Bachelor degree in Personal Management and Adult Education at the Faculty of Phylosophy of Charles University in Prague.
