María Belén Ibarz Ibarz

María Belén Ibarz Ibarz, born in Zaidín (Huesca) on the 17th September 1968, is a Spanish senator elected for the constituency of Huesca. She is a member of regional Party “Partido Aragonés” (Aragon’s Party) that was in a joint candidacy in Aragón with the People’s Party for the last general elections (2011).

Political Career[edit]

María Belén Ibarz Ibarz was elected as senator for the first time in the current term. She is acting as spokesperson for the economy and competitivity commission and also of the Orders Committee. She is also the first secretary of the Budget Comission. María Belén Ibarz Ibarz started her political career as Mayor of the municipality of Velilla de Cinca and adviser to the county council of Bajo Cinca.

María Belén Ibarz Ibarz combines her political career with her own business in the agricultural sector.
