Milorad Batinić was born on 7 September 1957 in Varaždin, Croatia. He is a member of the Croatian People's Party - Liberal Democrats (Croatian: Hrvatska narodna stranka - liberalni demokrati) and has been a Deputy Speaker of the Croatian Parliament since 2011.
