Paolo Galimberti
Paolo Galimberti has served the Italian Parliament as Senator representing the region Lombardy since 2013. He was born in Giussano, Lombardy, on July 7th 1968.
Entrepreneur by profession, in 1996 he was appointed president of the Young Entrepreneurs group in Confcommercio. In 2004 he joined the Board of Directors of Eurocommerce: European organization representing the retail, wholesale and international sectors. From 2010 to 2012 he was also adviser to the CNEL, National Council of Economy and Labour.
Political Career[edit]
In 2013 Paolo Galimberti was elected senator of the XVII Legislature of the Italian Republic in the constituency of Lombardy for Popolo della Libertà party. He is also Vice President Treasurer of Forza Italia in the region Lombardy. As a Senator, he is secretary of the 10th Permanent Commission on Industry, Trade, Tourism.
