In March 2013 she was appointed Secretary of the “Scelta Civica per l’Italia” party and, successively, member of the Seventh Permanent Commission for Public Education and Cultural Heritage, where she has been substituted by G. Dalla Zuanna and successively L. Lanzillotta. Additionally, Stefania Giannini is member of the Parliamentary Commission for Childhood and Adolescence, as well as member of the Committee for Italians Abroad. Finally she joined the Italian Parliamentary Delegation at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Center-European Initiative in July 2013, to be appointed President in October 2013.
