Teresa Jordà i Roura, born 19 June 1972 in Ripoll, Girona, is a member of the Spanish Chamber of Deputies representing the Spanish province of Girona. Jordà i Roura is a member of Esquerra political party which in the Chamber of Deputies is part of the Joint Parliamentary Group, Grupo Parlamentario Mixto (GPMX).

Political Career[edit]

Teresa Jordà i Roura has been an MP for Esquerra from Girona, for one term, since 2011. She has been a councillor for the city of Ripoll since 1999. In addition, she was the mayor of Ripoll between 2003 and 2011. Nowadays in the Chamber of Deputies she is a deputy speaker for the Committee on Finance and Public Administration and of the Commission for the Comprehensive Disability Policy. Finally she is also a spokesperson for the Joint Commission for the Study of Drug Problems.

Education[edit]

Jordà i Roura has a degree in Modern and Contemporary History from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.
