“Corporate Cultural Diplomacy is an important tool because whenever you go to another country and whenever you are in another context, you have to be able to communicate in a meaningful and appropriate way with your partner. If you cannot do this, at least in the long run your company will be out of business. One important topic in talent management is what kind of people and qualifications are needed. Well, what is needed is not just a technical qualification, but it also has to do with language and communication when it comes to having to deal with other cultures”.
