Born the 5th March of 1955, José Eugenio Azpiroz Villar is a spanish national deputy with an extensive political career in both regional and national political level. 

== Political Career ==
José Eugenio Azpiroz Villar is a national deputy of the V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, and X Congress. In the regional level, he hold important responsibilities within the PP of Guipúzcoa and the Basque Country such as President of the Basque Country People's Party (1988-1989) or the Presidency of the People's Party of Guipúzcoa (1987-1989 y 1995-1996).
Nowadays as a nacional deputy, José Eugenio Azpiroz Villar is the President of the Employment and social Security committee and member of the Defense Committee and Commission of relations with the Ombudsman.

== Education ==
José Eugenio Azpiroz Villar has a degree in Law and a MA on Public Law for the UCM (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) where he worked as a profesor.
