Coloma Francisca Mendiola Olarte, born 18 June 1959 in Nájera (La Rioja), is a Spanish senator representing the Spanish region of La Rioja in the 10th Congress of Deputies. Mendiola Olarte is a member of the Spanish People’s Party, Partido Popular (PP).

Mendiola Olarte has been a member of the Regional Executive Committee of the Partido Popular since 1993. Nowadays, she is a member of the Senate Permanent Delegation and the deputy speaker of the Commission of Interior. Additionally, she is a member of the Commission of Equality, the Committe on Health and Social Services, the Commission of Conflicts and the Joint Commission of Committees of Interior, Education, and Sport, and Industry, Energy and Tourism.
