Between 13 May 1993 and March 3 1994 Davorin Mlakar was the Government Secretary and thereafter became the Minister of Public Administration. In 1998 he became the Croatian Ambassador to Japan and Republic of Korea. His parliamentary mandate began in December 2011 and her parliamentary functions consist of being a deputy chairperson of the Judiciary Committee, a member of the Committee on the Constitution, Standing Orders and Political System, and a member of the Legislation Committee.
