Sánchez was elected as a Parliamentarian in the Senate from the Province of Cadiz in the Legislatures VII and VIII, and was also Deputy Speaker in the Finance Committee, member and Deputy Speaker in the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs and Commission on the Prevention of Occupational Risks.
