José Luis Ayllon Manso (Barcelona, July 5, 1970) is a Spanish lawyer and politician. He is currently Deputy in the People's Party for Barcelona and Secretary of State for Parliamentary Relations at the Ministry of the Presidency.

He began his political career from an early age, as a member of the People's Party. In 2001 he moved to Madrid to serve as an advisor to the Prime Minister, José María Aznar. After the general elections of 2004 he served as National Press Secretary of the PP until 2008.
