María Virtudes Cediel Martínez is a Spanish politician and a member of the Spanish Socialist Worker's Party (PSOE). She was born in Madrid on August 11th, 1957. She became a deputy at the Spanish Congress,  replacing Alfredo Perez Rubalcaba, (the PSOE's candidate for Government Presidency in the last general elections)on September 2014, after he decided to abandon politics.
