Senator Hutchinson was on the Patient’s Bill of Rights Conference Committee, created the Association Health Plans when he was the Chief Senate Sponsor of legislation, and co-sponsored legislation that addressed America’s nursing shortage with Senator Barbara Mikulski. Furthermore, he formed the Senate Biotechnology Caucus. |
