He participated in the creation of the Legal Department of CCOO, being the lawyer of the Federation of Construction. Since 1984, he has represented the Labor Council, the National Social Security Institute and the Council of the Catalan Institute of Health. After the IV Congress of CCOO in Catalonia he was appointed Secretary of Foreign and Institutional Action.
