Michael Peter Groß is a member of the SPD and was born on July 26, 1956. He is a business division manager by profession.
Political Career[edit]
Groß has been a member of the SPD since 1978. He is the acting City Association Chairman of the SPD in Marl. He is, among others, a member of the trade unions Verdi and IG BCE. Groß has been a member of the German Bundestag since 2009. He is the petitions, housing construction policy spokesman of the SPD parliamentary group.
Education[edit]
Groß is a qualified surveying technician and social worker.
