Andreas Hanger, born on June 19, 1968 in Waidhofen/Ybbs (Niederösterreich), is an Austrian politician and Member of Parliament for the ÖVP (Österreichische Volkspartei, Austrian People's Party). Since 2008 he has also been the CEO of Norwin Handels GmbH.
Political career[edit]
In addition to being MP for the ÖVP in the Austrian National Council since 2013, Andreas Hanger is a Member of the Municipal Executive Board of the Municipality of Ybbsitz, a member of the District Party Executive of the ÖVP in Amstetten and chairman of the Township Party of the ÖVP in Ybbsitz.
Education[edit]
After attending elementary and secondary school in Ybbsitz, Andreas Hanger went to the Higher Technical Institute for Lumbering in Kuchl.
