Philippe Blanchart (Lobbes, 13 February 1983) is a Belgian politician and a member of the Francophone socialist party PS (Parti Socialiste).
Political career[edit]
Blanchart has been a member of the Belgian Parliament since 2009. In 2010 and 2014 he was re-elected as Parliament member. In 2000 he became a council member for the city of Thuin.
Education[edit]
Philippe Blanchart has a bachelors degree in Electromechanics.
