Marie Benesova (born on 17th April 1948) is a Czech lawyer and politician. She has been a member of the Chamber of Deputies Parliament of the Czech Republic since 26. 10. 2013. She was elected on the slate of the ČSSD party.

Mrs. Benesova gradueted from the Faculty of law at Charles University in 1971.
Political career[edit]
Marie Benesova has been a Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs member since 13. 2. 2014 and Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs vice-chairwoman since 26. 2. 2014. Mrs. Benesova has also been a member of Podvybor pro justici a soudni samospravu(czech name) since 18. 3. 2014, Podvybor pro vezenstvi (czech name) since 26. 3. 2014 and vice-chairwoman of Podvybor pro vezenstvi (czech name) since 16. 4. 2014. She has been a member of Czech Social Democratic Party since 29. 10. 2013.
