Adriano Rafael de Sousa Moreira was born on August 17th, 1965. He currently practices as a lawyer.
Political Career[edit]
This is his second mandate as a deputy at the National Parliament for the Socialist Party (PS), since he started his activity on the 11th legislature (2009-10-15). He holds a position in several parliamentary committees (Foreign Affairs and Portuguese Communities; Economy and Public Works; Social Security and Labour; Environment, Planning and Local Government).

Adriano Rafael Moreira has a bachelor degree in law and an executive master degree in lawyers management.
