Pierantonio Zanettin (born in Vicenza on July 13th 1961) is an Italian lawyer and politician. He was a member of the Italian Senate, where he represented the Forza Italia political party.

Political Career[edit]

He was appointed as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 2001 until 2006. He was appointed as Senator for the first time in 2006 and for the second time in 2013. As a Senator, he was also a member of the 1st Permanent Commission on Constitutional Affairs and a member of the 9th Permanent Commission on Agriculture. On September 25th 2014, he resigned from his role as Senator because he was appointed as a member of the Superior Judiciary Council.

Education[edit]

He obtained a degree in Law from University of Padova in 1985.
