Rosa Delia Blanco Terán was born on 17th February 1952 in Valladolid, Spain.
Political Career[edit]
She is currently a Deputy for Madrid, and was President of the Madrid-PSOE Socialist Party from 2007 to 2012. She was a member of the Seventh Legislature in the Community of Madrid. Superior Technician Central Autonomous Bodies of Government. President of the Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid (CEAR). She is Vice-President of the CEAR Foundation.

She has a BA in Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid.
