Tarno Blanco has been an MP for the Spanish People’s Party (PP) from Sevilla, Andalusia, for two terms, since 2004. Moreover, he was councillor in Sevilla (1995-2003 and 1996-2005). He used to be General Director of the Institute of Youth (1996-1998). Furthermore, Tarno Blanco was a parliamentarian in Andalucia from 2000 until 2008.
