Luis Manuel Torres Herrera (born 25 August 1957) is a Spanish Politician.
Political Career[edit]
Torres Herrera has been an MP for the Spanish People’s Party (PP) from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, for one term, since 2011. Furthermore, he is a member of the Managing Committee; the Executive Committee; and the Direction Board of the Regional branch of the PP.
Education[edit]
Torres Herrera has a BA in Forestry Engineering with specialization in Forestry Industries at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
