Tariq Mahmood Ahmad, Baron Ahmad of Wimbledon was born on 3rd April 1968. He is is a British Pakistani businessman and a Conservative member of the House of Lords.
Political career[edit]
Tariq was appointed to the role of Vice Chairman Conservative Party by David Cameron in 2008 and his brief covers the important area of cities and Communities. He has also been local councillor for Wimbledon since 2002 (LB Merton) for the Wimbledon Park ward.
