Daniel Mondekar was born on 9 November 1978 in Zagreb, Croatia. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Croatia (SDP; Croatian: Socijaldemokratska partija Hrvatske) and has been a member of the Croatian Parliament during its sixth and seventh session.
Political Career[edit]
Kovačić's second mandate in the Croatian Parliament began in December 2011. He is a chairperson of the European Affairs Committee, a member of the Education, Science and Culture Committee, a member of the Inter-parliamentary Co-operation Committee, and a deputy member of the Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. During his previous mandate he was a member of the Labour, Retirement System and Social Partnership Committee.
