Pierre André is a member of the Senate of France for the constituency of Aisne since 1998. He is part of the Union for a Popular Movement (Union pour un Mouvement Populaire).

Pierre André was born in 1947 in the department of Aisne. He has been director of the Chamber of Commerce of his region, as well as mayor of Saint-Quentin and vice-president of the regional council of Picardie.
