Special Archivements

She was awarded the Gold Medal of the President of the Italian Republic by the Scientific Committee of the International Centre for Research Pio Manzu by Mikhail Gorbachev. On November 26, 2009, she was awarded the Prize "Premio Minerva Foundation" in the "Politics" category. In December 2004, the Population Institute of Washington awarded her with the Best Leader prize.
