Prof. Dr. A. Murat Tuncer is the rector of one of the leading universities of Turkey.
Biography
Murat Tuncer started as Associate Professor at Hacettepe University in 1987 and was appointed full time Professor in 1995 before serving as Rector. Between 2000 and 2011 he served as Head of the Cancer Control Department of the Ministry of Health.
Education
Murat Tuncer graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Istanbul University School of Medicine, completing Residency in Paediatrics and specializing in Paediatric Haematology at the Hacettepe University. Prof. Dr. Tuncer became an associate professor in 1987 and full time professor in 1995 at the same university.
