He obtained his first chair as deputy in the last general country elections (2011). He holds the position of spokesman in different commissions of the Parliament such as the Sport and Education Commission or the Commission for the Development of the International Cooperation. Before his parliamentary activity he was working and involved in the People's Party of Asturias
