Carlos Aragonés Mendiguchía was born on the 14th October of 1956 in Leganés (Madrid). He is a national deputy for the constituency of Madrid in the V, VI, VII, VIII, IX y X Congress.
Political Career
Carlos Aragonés Mendiguchía started his political career under the auspices of Antonio Fontán, who was Minister of Government of Adolfo Suarez.
