Carlos Aragonés Mendiguchía was born on 14th October 1956 in Leganés (Madrid). He is a National Deputy for the constituency of Madrid in the V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X Congress.
Political Career
Carlos Aragonés Mendiguchía started his political career under the mentor-ship of Antonio Fontán, who was a Minister in the of Government of Adolfo Suarez. During his youth, he was affiliated to the Youth Organisation of Liberal Union in the early 1980s. He then joined Alianza Popular in 1987. A few months later he was appointed as Chief of the Cabinet by the then President of the Regional Government of Leon-Castile Jose María Aznar.
