Agius Decelis Anthony was born on 23 October 1967 and he is the Commissioner for Simplification and Reduction of Bureaucracy.
Political career[edit]
In the past 13 years, he served in the Socialist Youth Forum, as the Assistant International Secretary and P.R.O. . He also represented the candidates' section in the National Executive of the MLP in the Labour Party. Moreover, for seven years he served as Vice-President of the same section.

He has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Youth and Community Studies, in informal Education and in Managerial Science from the University of Malta.
