Henk van Gerven (born on March 11th, 1955 in Riethoven) is a member of the Dutch House of Representatives for the Socialist Party (SP).
Political Career[edit]
As a member of the SP he has been a member of the Dutch House of Representatives since November 30th, 2006. He focuses on matters of health care (especially physicians, hospitals and medicines), natural environment and public expenditure. From 1995 until 1996 he was a member of the States-Provincial of North Brabant. From 1996 until 2002 he was a member of the municipal council of Oss and also an alderman of the North Brabant municipality from between 1996 and 2000 and from 2002 until 2006.
Education[edit]
Van Gerven studied medicine at Radboud University Nijmegen.
