Simone Beissel is a Deputy of the Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies, where she represents the Democratic Party (Demokretisch Partei) in the Centre constituency.
Simone Breissel was born in Luxembourg on 27th April 1953.
Political Career[edit]
She has been a member of the Democratic Party since 1986. From 2004 until 2013 she was Vice-President of the Democratic Party. From 2000 until 2004 she was Vice-President of the Commission on Media and Communications and Vice-President of the Legal Commission. Education[edit]
Simone Breissel attended University of Aix-Marseille in France, where she took her Master's Degree in Private Law in 1976. In 1978 she obtained a Diploma in International Relations at the Institute for Political Studies in Paris.
