Sabien Agnes Yvonne Lahaye-Battheu (Poperinge, 5 August 1967) is a Flemish-Belgian politician and member of the Flemish liberal party Open VLD.
Political career[edit]
Since 2003 Lahaye-Battheu has been a member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives; she was re-elected in 2007 and 2014. Furthermore, she is member of the city council of Poperinge.
Notable work[edit]
Lahaye Battheu was awarded the title of Knight of the Order of Leopold.
Education[edit]
She studied Law at the University of Louvain.
