José María Burgos García (born August 5, 1949 in Navarrevisca, Àvila). He is a member of the Spanish Senate in the IX legislature.
Political Career[edit]
José María Burgos García was councillor of Navarrevisca between 1987 and 2011. In this period he also became a member of the Provincial Deputation of Avila. In 2004 he became a member of the Spanish Senate for the Socialist Party (PSOE) until 2011 (IX Legislature).
Education[edit]
He has a Bachelor's Degree
Special Achievements[edit]
In 2008 he participated in the Commission of Women rights and Equal Opportunities. In the IX Legislature he was spoke man in the Immigrant Commission.
