Athanasios Athanasiou was born in Athens. He is a Greek politician and journalist. He elected MP with SYRIZA in 2012 elections.
Political Career[edit]
He was a member on the Board of ESIEA and played a role in many important decisions as a representative for the International Federation of Journalists. The last ten years he has dealt with Local Authorities. He served as prefectural council and alderman in Athens. Today he is a regional consultant of Attica.
Education[edit]
He studied law and was particularly interested in Ancient Greek law, but chose not to take this up as his career.
