Throughout his political carrier he has been the undersecretary for Economy and Finance, and a member of the commission for Balance, Treasury and Programming, Cultural, Science and Instruction as well as commissioner for Policies for the European Union; currently he is part of the financial commission. Giorgetti 's main concern is the economic reprisal of Italy.
