Education[edit]
He obtained a degree and the license to practice law.
Political career[edit]
He was elected for the first time in 1996 for Forza Italia party, and participated to the permanent Finance Commission and in the Commission on Terrorism and Causes of the Failure in Identifying the Responsible of Massacres.
Re-elected in 2001, always for Forza Italia, was a member of the Agriculture Commission and Finance Commission, and also served as part of Budget, Treasury and Planning Commission. He retained his seat in the third election in the parliament, as well as being a member for the third time of the Finance Commission.
In 2008 he was re-elected with Popolo della Libertà (former Forza Italia), participating another time to the Budget, Treasury and Planning Commission as well as in the Public and Private Work.
