Aristos Damianou was born in Famagust in 1972. He is a Greek/Cypriot politician and Lawyer.
Political Career[edit]
He is Representative of Nicosia constituency under the banner of AKEL-Left-New Forces since May 2011. He served as Member of the House Standing Committee on Legal Affairs, of the House Standing Committee on Institutions, Merit and the Commissioner for Administration (Ombudsman) and of the House Standing Committee on Development Plans and Public Expenditure Control. Also as Member of the delegation of the House to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM).
Education[edit]
He graduated in Law from Middlesex University, United Kingdom and he got a LLM in Public International Law from Queen Mary, University of London.He speaks English.
