Olivier Maingain was born on August 3rd 1958 in Brussels. He is a member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives for the French-speaking Federalist Party (FDF), mayor of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, and party leader of the FDF.
Political Career[edit]
In 1983, Olivier Maingain became party leader of the FDF youth party. 5 years later, in 1988, he got elected as a councillor in Brussels and since 1991 he has been a permanent member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives for the FDF of which he became party leader in 1995. He is also mayor of current hometown Woluwe-Saint-Lambert since 2007.
