Juan Alberto Belloch Julbe is a Spanish politician and member of the Spanish Socialist Workers Party (PSOE). He was born in Mora de Rubielos (Teruel) on February 3rd, 1950.
Political Career[edit]
Juan Alberto Belloch Julbe is currently serving as a Senator at the Spanish Senate. This is his second term as a Senator. He already held this position in the VII Term. He has also been a deputy at the Spanish Congress, representing Zaragoza (1996-2000). He was named Minister of Justice (1993 – 1994) and then Minister of Justice and Interior (1994 – 1996) At the Zaragoza’s city council, he has performed several roles. He served as a councillor from 1999 to 2003. Then, he was elected city mayor in 2003 and re-elected in 2007 and 2011. He still holds that position today.
